Once we learn about your style, desires and concerns, we will recommend vendors for you to choose from. They are trusted, proven companies that will team with us to create the best wedding day ever. We will also work with you to design your decor and schedule to give you a gorgeous, stress-free day. Finally, on your wedding day, we will see to your needs, and the needs of all your family and friends, to ensure a carefree celebration that is beyond words.
partial wedding planning, design and coordination
Couples choose partial planning when they have started the wedding planning process and find that they would like someone to bring it all together. You may have chosen all the vendors for your wedding but now would like help managing them. Or you would like assistance in designing the details or schedule for your wedding day. Or you find planning your wedding is taking up too much time and you want more time with your fiancé, family, and friends. We will work together to customize a plan for how we can free you up to be with your loved ones, and still be involved in the fun parts of the planning process.
You know the type of wedding you want. You have the time to plan your own wedding, and know the vendors you want to use. You want someone you trust to bring your vision to life and enable you and your families to enjoy your wedding day.
As you plan your wedding, you will have support from the A. Griffin Events team as you select your vendor team, design your wedding, and arrange the details.
The reality is that "day of coordination" always begins months out. We meet with you three times over the course of your wedding planning as you develop a comprehensive plan for your wedding day. At one month to your wedding, we take over all vendor communication and manage all of the planning details to ensure you are free to enjoy your celebration.
