Essential Details to Include on Your Wedding Day
We believe the little details matter. Including personal details on your wedding day will help elevate your design and photographing them will ensure you have a record of each and every element of your day in the years to come. Here are some details we recommend having ready for your photographer on the morning of your wedding:
Your engagement ring and wedding rings. Have your rings professionally cleaned and ready for styling! While they will be captured on your finger, it’s always nice to have a close up. Bonus points if you include an heirloom ring box - especially one from The Mrs. Box.
Paper goods. Your invitations and day-of stationery are a reflection of your personal style/your wedding day design and should be included in your wedding gallery. Invitations are often styled alongside save-the-dates, reception stationery (place cards, cocktail napkins, signage) and other fun details from the wedding design.
Her shoes. Your wedding day shoes will spend the majority of the day under your dress and deserve a moment in the spotlight.
Attire. Your wedding day attire was hand-selected and deserves some special attention. Be sure to include accessories like your veil and your tie, for added detail.
Any heirloom pieces. A great way to honor family members is to include meaningful details in their memory: an heirloom handkerchief, a locket, a piece of lace from your grandmother’s wedding dress, or a bracelet passed down from generation to generation.
